There is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any client who is 15 minutes late or more for a scheduled appointment and has not contacted the salon is considered a no show. It is up to the stylists discretion if they can proceed with the appointment if you arrive late to your appointment.
